The same hotel staff was working when I checked in one afternoon and out the next morning. The employees were very pleasant at both hours, despite the hotel not having hot water for 10+ hours from the middle of the night until I checked out at 10:00 the next morning. Being in town for a running event, it sure changed the course of the pre race morning without a shower being available.

The body was in the shower was empty and lying in the shelf on the hair dryer was a pay off underwear from a previous guest. That being said, the room was quiet and clean

Navy graduation stay!
We stayed for my daughters Navy graduation. The staff was extremely kind and professional. They answered all of our questions. They were extremely patient when my cards didn't work and had to figure out why. Our room was extremely clean and very comfy for our whole 3 night stay. Definitely recommend them as they are just a 6 minute drive from the graduation.

Lack of customer service and essentials
We got there 10 minutes after check in time, ready to unwind after traveling with a toddler and we're all ready for a nap. Customer service gets a ONE star because we felt like an inconvenience from the start. We walked in on two gals on their phones and they made sure to let us know how shoet staffed they were while checking us in. There were dirty sheets outside our room door piled on the ground from the last guest THROUGH THE EVENING, we were not the only rooms with these mounds of dirty laundry. There was no trash can in the bathroom and very little toilet paper. The pull out bed had no sheets and there were none available anywhere in the room. We checked the front desk multiple times so we could ask for some, noone to be found. We ended up using the flat sheet off the bed to lay on and just covered ourselves in personal blankets. One of us had a headache by the end of the night and all they had at their front end display was midol. Oh, but by morning it was fully stocked with Ibuprofen, but by then we were heading out. We were so disappointed with our stay, definitely would not come back.

There’s a surface cleanliness but filth starts with the hallway carpet. Seemed odd to be changed $5 to park in an open parking area less than a third full. The building was freshly painted so looks good when you drive up. The small lobby isn’t very inviting. The shower was nice, towels nice. I liked the pillow and slept well.

Not the cleanest, but still worth it's value!
My room was not the cleanest, but I was also not expecting the Hilton. It was convenient, and worth every dollar thus far! I recommend this place for anyone needing a cheaper, convenient stay. The full-sized fridge, microwave, two-burner induction stove, plus the gym and free access to laundry were well-appreciated in my stay.
