Extremely good value with its proximity to the airport. Free bus service to and from airport run by very helpful drivers. Even includes a free breakfast. Room smart, clean and tidy. Receptionist very helpful. I have stayed several times and always found it as I’ve described. I plan to be back!

The front desk was not very welcoming. Male staff was okay. The lady at front desk was arrogant, arguing for wrong reason. Yes, shuttle staff was courteous and punctual. Would suggest front desk should be more welcoming. Sunny at front desk was good. Overall place is ok...can be better and breakfast could be better too.

Staff was very pleasant & accommodating. I gave 4 stars for staff & service because one shuttle driver on one morning was quite testy, otherwise everyone was professional. Location was somewhat remote, on north side of O'Hare, fairly rural & industrial, no food (except Subway Sandwich) or stores in walking distance. Fortunately they have a regular schedule for airport shuttle so we could plan ahead easily. They took us daily to/from O'Hare just for train to the city. If you have a car it would be easy. Breakfast had limited choices but was sufficient. Building seemed fairly new, clean & in good repair. No disturbance from noise of planes or traffic. Good price for double room, 2 nights. For longer stay I would want more stores & restaurants close by.

The building needs updated and our nonsmoking room smelled like a smoking room BUT the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff very much make up for it. We were only there to sleep and shower as we spent our days and nights in the city. The shuttle took us to and from the airport where we caught the train, which saved us a lot of money. The staff recommendations were spot on and we would stay here again.

The front desk representative was welcoming. However, during the night my husband woke up stating that something is bitting him. When we remove the bed cover there were several bed bugs on the sheet crewing and the lower side of the bed. This trip was horrible.

Property was very close to airport and yes there were a few fast food places to stop at if hungry. But the room itself was a little dirty. The walls had stains on them, almost as of it was dried up blood or some type of red-ish fluid marks in restroom wall. The Tub needed to be resurfaced, the tub floor was yellow ish from missing paint scrapped off. Carpet looked dirty..my son walked around in white socks and they were brown when he took the off to shower from the little walking around when we would arrive from being in the street. (New Nike socks). Anyway, could of been better. But overall OK.7/10
