The room is nice. They should change the carpet in the bed area. The hotel is in a perfect location. I'm a little disappointed because I reserved that hotel because of the rooftop, which was closed. They offered it as a facility and when I was in the hotel they told me it would be closed for the rest of the winter. Why didn't they include that info for NYE?!

The property is conveniently located to various downtown attractions and restaurants. Although our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 pm we did receive a complimentary upgrade to a King Commons Suite which featured a spacious, separate living room. My two primary complaints where the $39 resort fee (which it was unclear what it covered) and, more importantly, the immense train noise (high pitched screeching) all throughout the evening and into the early morning hours made it nearly impossible to sleep. This isn't just typical city noise that you experience when staying in a metropolitan area, this was unbearable and made the stay less than ideal.
