I loved the views of the city and how close everything was within a 20 min walking distance to the bean and some of the best restaurants. The air conditioner made a little rattling noise & our room didn’t close shut all the way a few times…however the guests were respectful and the staff. The room was beautifully designed and seemed a bit smaller than the images but it was a standard hotel room with an amazing view! The door and air conditioning machine, that was the only issues we experienced. Oh, the elevator doors close a little too quickly!

The property was clean and close to everything. However, I feel like we were discriminated based on who we were. When we checked in, we didn’t receive any “complimentary snacks” but as we were walking out, I seen other people receiving snacks which made my crew and I feel some type of way.
