we loved everything about the stay beautiful city view and more the bars and gym inside. What i disliked was how they told us to get a parking pass bring it back to the front desk to get scanned and we was fine but never said we would get charged for the parking and $170 was taken off my card so i had to call in and complain and the manager issued me the full refund back !

Big hotel, great security, be wary of location

This is a MASSIVE hotel. It was packed for the weekend and I had some concerns about noise and crowd control at night. Unfortunately, an extremely large group of college kids were partying in rooms right next to mine. However, one call down to security and it was quickly and swiftly handled! Didn’t have any more issues the rest of the weekend, shout out to the security working, they really care about making everyone’s experience comfortable. Also beware, this hotel is located right down town, which means most business near by will be closed on the weekends. You will have to venture into river north to get to any food

Do not waste your money

It was a Special trip for my son and I for Spring break. And from the moment we were greeted with a rude employee till we left with any sort of acknowledgment, this stay was one of the worst. Definitely not worth the money and to say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Rude employees that make you feel like you area bother if you ask questions. No housekeeping, then I was accused of lying. I will never be back.

There is a parking garage right across the street, it’s $62 a day. It may be cheaper to take the Metra downtown and walk to the hotel. The hotel is on the Chicago River and the area is beautiful. The rooms are nice, they have fridges but, no microwave. There are plenty of places to eat, all within a mile of the hotel. Midway airport is a 20 minute drive.
