The breakfast buffet was overall good. For the price, I believe the food could've had slightly better quality. Two vouchers per room was not satisfactory, especially given our room was meant for 4 guests. Staff during breakfast were kind and housekeeping was friendly. Check-in was smooth.

Room was very clean and staff was very nice. Somehow we got an ADA room that we didn't need. That wasn't the issue. The issue was the gaggle of kids screaming and running up and down the hall ringing the bell in our room. Reported it to staff and they put a stop to it at once. I appreciated that.

Carpet was coming up in our room, toilet didn’t flush properly, had a hard time figuring the lights out, as they don’t come on upon entry and you had to hit a switch that was supposed to be a motion sensor switch. Had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the mini fridge. Staff were friendly enough, however overall the whole experience was very confusing from the beginning…hotel is beautiful! And staff were great!

The staff was outstanding big shout out to Bon. Everyone was attentive polite and professional. The room was a 10/10 the view was the best I have ever seen. The area was amazing can't say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was.
