Room was nice and front desk staff helpful and professional, issues we had was the lack of housekeeping and availability of fresh clean washcloths. Stayed four nights, on second day they did not give us clean washcloths and when I called housekeeping they told me to go to the front desk. So I go down to the front desk and they call housekeeping who said they will bring some up. Why did even need to go to the front desk? On the third night we asked the house keeper for towels and washcloths and she said they did not have washcloths. I’m not sir this was true or she did not have any and did not want to be bothered. Hotel is situated close to water tower mall and an easy walk along Michigan for all your shopping needs. Also lots of options for food.

Lovely place to return to but hard to get someone to answer the phone as we were ready to check out. Could use some outlets near the beds for cpap machine or other needs.

Favorite Chicago hotel.
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Right on the Miracle Mile. Super close to train stops. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Completely safe area. Room had gorgeous views of downtown and evrn a small view of Lake Michigan. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago.

This property was in a good location but is dated. There was no refrigerator in our room as advertised and not ice machine on our floor. No amenities in the lobby such as coffee and bar had very limited hours.
