Check-in was fine, very friendly staff. However, staff said there would be coffee in the lobby at 7am, and that did not show up till 730am. Rather late for coffee. The entire place reeks of Fabulosa and The overwhelming scent was extremely intrusive and gave us headaches

During the check in process the lady helping us was very passive aggressive and just kept yelling at a child that she had with her the whole time. she charged the wrong card on file without even double checking if it was the correct one, very unprofessional. check in is at 3 pm and we arrived around 3:15 and our rooms weren’t even finished being cleaned, we had to wait another 5 minutes. we booked 2 separate rooms for 4 nights and on our second we came back around 11pm, all of our hands were full and both cards weren’t working. we were left outside for a while but luckily another guest opened the door for us. We couldn't get into both of our rooms so i had to use my service to call the hotel and get someone to help us, we’re not from the states so I had to pay $20 just for ONE phone call. turns out the lady that checked us in only activated our room keys for one night. we tried asking for the managers the next few days that we were there but apparently they just don't come in to work ever??? our rooms were fine but service was absolutely horrible and unprofessional, would never go back again

Property was very clean. Staff available not available after ten. I ran out of toilet paper and …they wanted to charge $2 a roll. Because it’s an extended stay ?!? No in-house hair dryers.
