This was a terrible hotel. Room was filthy. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They double charged me for parking. I spent three weeks and made several attempts to have my bill corrected. I got the runaround, staff was completely rude and unprofessional, they never reduced my charges and were completely incompetent. They stole my money! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Was in walking distance to Allstate Arena. A quick 3 minute walk. Room was dirty including some clothes left behind by previous people. Beds were comfortable.

It was in walking distance of a few shops and restaurants/ fast food places. Has a great Airpor pick-up / drop-off shuttle bus. The temperature in the room either really cold or hot, so i spend most of the night waking up to adjust the room temperature.
