The staff at the Wyndham Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a perfect location you can walk everywhere and you have a lot of dining options to choice from.

At the moment of check in. They gave me a key to a room that was already occupied… not safe. approached the staff at the front desk, all she said was “nah uh!… Here you go” didn’t even apologize for her mistake, not so great customer service... Also, the new room assign - door was not working. Kept having trouble opening it. Talked to a supervisor the next morning, she handle it a bit better.

Bad guest service.
The front desk person was not polite, warm or helpful. While she wasn’t rude, she didn’t make me feel welcome. Basic check-in details, like showing me where the elevator was or providing directions to my room, were completely overlooked. She didn’t use courteous phrases like ‘please’ or ‘thank you,’ and I wasn’t informed about the parking charge at all. Overall, the interaction felt transactional rather than customer-friendly. I wish I could remember her name as I feel some people are not suited for some types of jobs but I do not remember. I travel a lot and have experience some great, ok, disappointing, and bad costumer service. This fits into the disappointing bucket. For that, I will not return to this property.

The hotel was in a good area, but when we got to the hotel the towels were dirty. Hair on them, and hairs on the toilet seat. It didn’t even seem like they cleaned the restroom. Absolutely nasty!!

This has been a place I’ve stayed many times when flying from ORD. The benefits have large been removed or cost significantly more than they did (parking, breakfast, toiletries). It was very disappointing.
