Most of the time they are out of breakfast items as well as the esemtials such as towels and toilet paper the morning staff during the week is rude lots of bugs around

The Staff was very friendly, and helpful for dinner recommendations, the beds were clean and so comfortable, I haven't had a good night sleep for awhile.

DISGUSTING HEALTH HAZARDS
The room was disgusting. We asked for them to clean the next morning for us, as we could tolerate for one evening. They didn't clean it the next day. We asked them what is going to happen to correct this and we were berated by the clerk. Racial slurs were thrown (by them), and then she had the nerve to call the police on us and remove us from the property. This place is disgusting. Hair all over the place, dirty rings in the tubs, dirty towels, feces stains in the toilets, dried up food on the tables. The attitudes of the girls in the front is horrendous. Refuses to give manager information to follow up with. Hid her nametag, hid in her office while calling the police. Lied to the police about what happened. The ONLY good things about this place is a sweet employee named Elena who unfortunately was not working that night and their beds are comfortable. I booked the entire year here, and so did about 30 of my friends for our events. They all have cancelled including myself. The pool area is even more disgusting and the employees have their entire families there swimming and running around. The breakfast, if you call it that, has rotten fruit and expired milk, yogurt and juices. It reeks of mold. They are racist and I do not know how they remain open with the health hazards everywhere. Stay far far away from this place.

Upon checking in I was informed the tv did not work. My options were to take as is being that I had booked through a 3rd party. Or call and cancel although ni refund may be the outcome. The clerks were unprofessional as they were communicating amongst one another in regards to issues within the hotel. Lack of communication. As I woke up the next morning to have breakfast the lounge was closed dining breakfast hours were 6am to 9am. Which I was not informed. First time I have ever experienced breakfast being limited to 9am and the dining room locked.

This place was a surprise. It has recently been redone and is very nice. Clean and modern, it was a very comfortable bed and it was quiet. Inexpensive. The property itself and its very local surroundings were a bit unimpressive - kinda stuck by itself on a barren lot. But don't let that be the focus. It is a good value and the room is pleasant.
