Arrived at 4am and property was locked. Tried ringing a bell at night but no answer. Was left outside the property for 15 minutes. Had to wake up one of my family members to go and look for the concierge to open the door for me. Inconvenient way of getting access into the property.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Bien pero es difícil de ubicar, de llegar, yo sugiero un gran letrero que diga Finca de los Ángeles, en la avenida , porque la calle es pequeña y si no sabes, no logras verla de entrada.

Pésimo lugar.
La ubicación es mala, la construcción no está en buenas condiciones, MUY SUCIO por todos lados. El baño daba asco, el drenaje de la regadera tapado. No son precisas las fotos mostradas. La cama es matrimonial y la reserva fue por una Queen. No pude ni bañarme ahí. La pastilla de jabón parecía usada. Las sábanas manchadas. Precio injusto.
