My family and I loved the place and everything about it so much.

We had an excellent stay! The beds, bedding and pillows were super comfortable!

This motel gave us retro vibes which made us have plentyof laughs. It was an older property, but that for us gave it a unique charm. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff did everything they could when dealing with a power issue. We would stay again.

Snowy, cold winter weekend at a cozy, quirky real Log Cabin...family loved it! Impressive fireplace, games and books, large kitchen area for cooking and gathering. Close to The Wild Center, hiking and all ADK actiivities. 3 levels with 4 private sleeping areas. Beautiful screened in porch. Will be back in the Spring to enjoy the outside amenities!

Beautiful house, cozy, wood all around in the interior. A real pleasure!

There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but the owner got it fixed by the time we got back from our hike in the afternoon. The only potential negatives are that there is only one bathroom (downstairs, with one bedroom being up a flight of stairs) and the game room in the basement is a true basement, not a comfortable hang out space. For us, the house was fantastic and we would stay here again.
