Very good

The place is very popular, there is no complaint about that. The waiters are good, the kitchen is good. The only bad thing is the room, it has no ventilation, the air conditioning was not working. The room had a bad smell.
This hotel is super run down and needs some work. It looks nothing like the pictures now. The water barely trickled out and shut off in the middle of a shower, although it worked fine in the morning time. There is no hot water. There was sand in the shower from the previous tenants. The hotel is right on the beach which was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was ok but the breakfast was good. You can walk along the beach to other restaurants and watch people surf. Not worth the $125 we paid.
It's definitely a place you go for a getaway and relax mostly spending time at the beach. I would recommend for the facility to have safe boxes in the rooms for peace.
Definitely exo friendly. Rooms were cleaned after we checked out.

The property was simple and met all the basic needs. The service of the personnel is great. They are helpful and have a lot of regular customers. The property does have lots of traffic throughout the day. And some of the images shown in description can give an appearance of a bigger facility with more amenities and privacy. It is neither of those things.
The hotel is at an amazing location right on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Staff was nice and food was overall good.
Drinks are cheap but my Mojito literally contained no alcohol. I would gladly pay a little more but get what I ordered, which is an alcoholic drink.
The jacuzzi so prominently featured on the hotel description was covered and could not be used.
The parking lot is tiny and spots are very limited. I chose the hotel among else for parking possibilities so having to find a parking spot in the surrounding was annoying.
There is NO water pressure in the room shower and I could barely wash my long hair because the water stopped working constantly.
There are a lot of dogs on the hotel ground and they are at the restaurant and they bark in the night. We had a power outage and tried to open the door to let some air in only to have some dog jumping towards the door barking. We didnt even dare to step out anymore in the night. Dogs are not allowed in the upper part if the restaurant which was good.
Overall I would pay a little more and get an upgrade next time. The hotel is clean tho and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Beach and sunset at the location cant be beaten!
Staff was great, especially SANDRA and MIKE. It was quiet peaceful and the food and drinks were amazing. Compliments to the chef and bar tenders they know what they doing. Kyra the property dog was great, she’s a protector so please be nice to her both property dogs were friendly and protectors. I would definitely come back because of the view, staff, and locals, everybody was nice and friendly.
