The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. However, the air conditioner was very noisy, which was quite disturbing. Also, there was no breakfast available the next morning because of an issue with the power supply in the storage room.

It was a family trip so I booked a suite for 5, that offered breakfast. The "suite" was a small room with a couch shoved in one corner. And their idea of breakfast was an apple and a bottle of water. We were in town for a competition, so we did not have time to grab breakfast somewhere else. With for teenagers not being able to gab a bite before a busy day does not go well. The suite was small with no room to move around. I typically book with Embassy and am never disappointed. I will not use Holiday Inn again.

We stayed for 3 days, and while the hotel itself is good and conveniently located, the management and staff need significant improvement. Only one staff member was managing breakfast, while others stood idle instead of assisting her. This resulted in frequent shortages, leaving guests waiting for food. Additionally, room service was unreliable—you have to request it multiple times, and even then, it's not guaranteed.

Decent new hotel, good location, safe area. Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. I didn’t catch his name but he was Asian with glasses and slick back hair. 5 star service from him. Few complaints I had was the bathroom area smelled like mold, walls and floors were very thin, I can hear a kid running back and forth all night from the floor above us. Complementary breakfast would of been nice but the hot food items ran out and there was a long line of guest waiting for them to restock it

We messaged the hotel a few days beforehand so that we can have connecting rooms, or at least rooms that are next to each other. When we got there, the individual checking us in said he did not receive any information about the request.
