Hotel was satisfactory to our requirements, but nothing special, everything worked and was clean. Breakfast was buffet style and constantly refilled and a variety of eggs could be ordered. A fan and a fridge would have improved the room facilities. Safe was included with tea making facilities.

No a/c a bit of a problem!
Had a great 3 night stay, ideally situated for Chipping Norton, only real gripe we had was the lack of aircon, we were really lucky with the weather, 25°+, but this made it difficult to sleep, as we were on the ground floor was a little dubious to leave the patio door fully open and unlocked as it was exposed to the adjacent golf course. The fan that was provided was a little noisy and we ended up turning it off! Being a 4* resort, I would have thought a/c would have been installed on at least the ground floor were leaving doors open and unlocked was really the only way to comfortably ventilate the room on a balmy summer night but that aside a lovely stay 👍

Not what I expected at all for a spa hotel . All the rooms are in different outer buildings not like in one hotel and even though I booked 2 rooms we were given 2 completely different blocks and I am disabled so I was in a block by myself . Not ideal .

They need to change the sign because this is NOT a spa!!! False advertising! I only booked here cos I was very sore & wanted a swim & sauna. Rubbish! Breakfast not included. Ground floor room with a flickering light & rubbish TV reception. Not even a bath! Very poor!

Extremely peaceful. Hotel was quiet, and clean. The room was a decent size, nothing huge but we didn’t need a massive room as we spent most of our day exploring the area. Breakfast the next morning was good too!

If IKEA did hotels this would be it. Clean and new but very sterile. Lacks atmosphere building and bedroom reminded me of a pre fab city. I left my spectacles in my bedroom after I left and they have refused to send them back to me even though I wanted to pay for postage. I live 3 hours away so can’t pick them up. Manager Fear very unhelpful

Underwhelming and possibly over priced
Furniture in the room seemed quite dated, the bathroom lock was broken and we had people shouting to each other at 7am on a Sunday which was a little annoying. Plus when neighbours came in and out of their rooms they love to slam the doors so everybody can hear it 😬
