I had a premium, double bed room. Room is very spacious, it is clean, no weird smell, no mold etc. Everything that I possibly need is there. There’s a Bluetooth speaker that allows wireless charging in the room too. Short walk to Hongya & river cruise boarding area. Hotel connected to a big shopping mall with food options and bakeries. The hotel entrance is via door 11. It is separate from the shopping mall entrance, meaning it is orderly & quiet, no need to share taxi/ didi boarding/ alighting with shoppers. River view was great & I was able to see the sun rising right in front of me. Everything was great!

Almost brilliant.
Could have been a 5 star. Unfortunately the room on the 1st night was located directly opposite a staff door that creaked loudly everytime it is open or closed. Could not sleep on the 1st morning due to that. Otherwise. Hotel is great. Staff were very helpful (helped me change room) and location was perfect. Just avoid room 4119 the noisy room :)

Amazing Service and Great Rooms
This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had - and a reminder of why luxury hotels still provide the best service. We arrived really early in the morning (about 2am after a late flight) and were quickly shown to our room. The standard room was large, immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. But the real value came because my husband was sick - it turned out that he had a slight fever - and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. They sent up a thermometer and medical supplies in the middle of the night. The next day, they allowed us to check out late so that he could rest. Everyone here treated us like valued customers, and we were only staying one night and had no status with Marriott. It's an experience I won't soon forget, and I'm very impressed by the Westin brand.

Comfortable stay
Hotel is located at a good location. Bed is very comfortable as many guests have mentioned. Although services from the staff were always prompt, I personally feel the staff could be more approachable and perhaps a smile could make guests to feel more welcome.

Good location and comfort bedding hotel
Very nice hotel and have an excellent view over looking the beautiful Chongqing city and river. Staffs are helpful and delicious buffet breakfast. Swimming facilities are perfect with sauna and steam room. Will visit again :)

A Good Experience
