Room was very tired in a run down part of the hotel, had to wait about 5-10 minutes for hot water to arrive in the shower. Although the tv had Netflix it didn’t have normal channels.

Wouldn't rush back until refurb has finished. Still plenty of work to complete. They had too many offers running that they didn't know who was paying what. Short staffed and running low on supplies. It was what l would imagine a refurbished refugee camp. Very disappointed and not worth the money.

Lovely clean hotel but booked thinking there was a spa. It has been closed for refurbishment for over a year! The hotel was understaffed so the service was pretty poor although the staff who were there were doing their best. The room was clean and we ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was lovely.

Spoke twice to receptionist for a hair dryer and then still nobody shown up to bring it to my room. Obviously nobody care about customer service. Not recommend to stay there.

A must stay in location for travelers
Newly refurbished nicely done, could use a bit of cleaning up, dust was visible on some floor skirting and cob webs around corners. Nice interior décor. Anyone visiting the area or just having a flyby must visit while its still reasonably priced. I was a bit disturbed by the smell of smoking along some rooms. Its a National Law not to smoke in buildings and the hotel should be strict about this.

Brilliant place for a rave Disappointed that the swimming pool was out of order The lifts were out of order Check in was disorganised. More interested in getting £50 out of everyone I hope they carry on investing as the place has so much potential One of the best nightclubs I have ever been in
