Great stay
Very comfortable stay, room was modern with the Novotel touch. Great central location so everything is within walking distance. Parking next door at Wilsons Parking was convenient.

Great staff. Friendly and very helpful. Convenient location. Comfortable beds but a bit small. Small room but clean. Carpet a bit dirty but didn’t bother us. Some drainage issues in the bathroom which got very wet whenever we had a shower. Good shower pressure though. Overall was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

The staff were lovely. Good location near the conference Center. Parking was on gravel outside the hotel but still cost $25. Rooms were clean but no instructions for hearing/cooling. I thought the bottled water was free but once I checked out found a $6 charge in my bill.

The public areas of this hotel were fantastic. The guest rooms could use some attention. Stained carpet- needs to be heavily cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was wonderful!

On arrival at the property, we were told that we did not have reservations for two rooms, but only one. i showed them my Expedia receipt and confirmation listing two rooms for three nights each. The receptionist stated that they did have one room for three nights, but not two rooms and they didn’t care what my Expedia receipt said. After a bit of conversation, she did suggest that maybe they could have an additional room available for one night instead of the three booked and at a rate of $558 per night instead of $228 per night with the possibility of extending our stay at the higher rate. But the extension was not guaranteed. With this type of greeting and service, I’ll fully reevaluate the possibility of our staying at this property in the future.
