Helpful staff, clean property. Good location - right by a number of bus routes into the city and to the airport, close to uni and shops - although this means it can be a little noisy for the front units.

Riccarton Motor Lodge again
As per on other stays the Riccarton Motor Lodge is the best. Great hostess and host. Staff always pleasant and say hi. Lovely big room. one point we did think great was the TV as in some motels we stayed in we have had trouble but the tv was explained by a leaflet circling what you touch and where. Comfy bed, great shower, facilities great.

We didn’t arrive until after 1am due to plane cancellations and delays. Greg was great with his communication with us throughout the day and gave us clear instructions to get our room key and made the room toasty warm for our arrival. It was so appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, the beds and pillows comfy and early check out was super easy. We would stay here again.
