The setup offers island living with all the luxury comforts on the mainland. Ever experienced that wonderful new car smell you love? How about that feeling when you step into a fully renovated condo? With super-cold AC in every room and a kitchen stocked with everything you need, this place is like a breath of fresh air. It's all ready for you to enjoy – just pack your bags and come on over!

Located just 1 mile from the boardwalk, our newly renovated getaway has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, giving you plenty of space to get cozy. The WiFi is fast, so you can work from the comfort of a swing without any disruption.

Amenities: full-size fridge, electric cooktop, pots, plans, utensils, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, microwave, sheets, towels, and much more! Everything was renovated and remodeled in 2021. We took it down to the studs and spared no expense.

When we first started construction on this condo, we knew that it needed to be taken down to the studs. Many people on and off island thought the idea was crazy, as resources were very limited. They were right, the condo we planned would take 2 months, took 6 months to remodel and furnish. So many people, both local and from our hometown in Texas, came out to work on it. It took an army to create and when you see it, you will understand why.

It was important to us that we create a one-of-a-kind space. We worked on the design extensively, every small detail mattered. Sometimes, this meant waiting an extra 3 weeks for the materials to arrive; sometimes, it meant improvising. Most of the art we made ourselves while waiting for the windows to arrive and be installed. We took the photos that are hanging in the bedrooms while exploring the island for the first time. There were so many days that we feared it might not make it to this point and we feel so blessed to be here. It has been an incredible experience to get to see this through from start to finish. Regrettably, this condominium building's current design does not accommodate wheelchair access, and our units do not possess backup power; nevertheless, we are actively exploring various options to address this matter.
