SD Zoo Family Trip
Zoo trip! Wanted to stay the night before so we could get a jump start on our day! The room was perfect for our party of six and the grands loved the single sleeper/trundle unit! Breakfast and parking included were the crowning touches. We will definitely be back!

The Only Place You want to be in Southern Californ
The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable I haven’t slept so well for years. Everything was modern dust free cleanliness was beyond exceptional. From the moment you come through the doors you will feel very welcomed. The staff all around were amazing . The lobby bar provided comfortable seating areas to meet with friends and enjoy a tasty beverage. made by one of the nicest mixologists around. There are also table seatings to enjoy food ordered from nearby eateries. Victoria Seise the Operations Management Was so helpful while handling an emergency we experienced during our stay . As well as Christian who was at the front desk. I felt that Victoria really cared about our concerns and made us very comfortable for our continued stay. I will be going to this property whenever I travel to The San Diego area.

We didn't have a properly functioning toilet. It wouldn't flush and had to be plunged if it was used. We wete handed a plunger and that's it. Honestly pretty gross, especially for an overall nice hotel. I would expect more from a $300+ hotel.

Hi, the hotel was clean, and the room was amazing, very cozy. If I can change something is the sensor switch in the bathroom when we are sleeping. As you walked in the lights turns on, and doesn't give you a chance to close the sliding door behind you, the brightness will hit right in the face of the person who is sleeping. We had a great time, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you.
