Give it one star for attentiveness to a pointed out disgusting sight. One male came to dinner wearing a bathing suit and nothing else. The person was morbidly obese and fat was hanging down near the food, This was brough to the attention of attendant and nothing was done.

Excellent customer service!
Initially we were assigned a smaller room than what I booked. I expressed my disappointment but accepted the room. Later that night I got a call from Yvonne at the front desk saying they had a suite available. Also, when we returned to our room there was a bag of snacks and a note from the young man who checked us in apologizing for the mix up. The next day we moved into that room. I wish I remember the man who checked us in to recognize him but it was on Thursday, August 15th. Great customer service!

Nice facility except....
The Drury is a good hotel next to the interstate and couple restaurants. The breakfast is decent and they offer free drinks and limited dinner every night which was a pleasant surprise. The mattresses, however, are horrible! We slept terrible and woke up with aches and pain. We arent terrible old (early 40s) and I can usually sleep on any mattress but NOT this one. The couch was actually more comfortable so thats where I slept the 2nd night. My husband stayed on the bed, had to pilfer every pillow and lay them out to give at least a little relief. I would suggest an upgrade to better mattresses.

A wonderful stay in Sharonville
Room was spotless. The hot tub in our room was clean, filled fast, and had plenty of hot water. The hotel's pool is very nice, and the free dinner, breakfast, and popcorn and soda is an awesome added perk.
