Always a great stay
Awesome stay as my previous visit. Staff is fantastic, pleasant, polite and welcoming. Was able to get a early check in on the two separate days that I stayed. Only reason for the 4 stars really should be only a 4.5 due to the breakfast this stay, Staff was great only disappointment was that the hot food options was the same all the mornings that i had the opportunity to access breakfast. Other than that the stay was phenomenal and I will definitely be booking another stay soon.

Everything was good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only thing I will change is the wifi speed wish it was very bad and also recommendation of making room fixes when guest rooms are empty.

This is my third Holiday Inn Express and Suites in three days. Unfortunately, this is the first time that I am disappointed. I requested the first floor and got the second floor. I requested an accessible shower and got a bathtub.

Everything about the property was excellent. Most especially, Tina served an outstanding breakfast and was exceedingly meticulous keeping the breakfast area clean. My problem is that no one cleaned our room or even made our bed the entire three nights we stayed at the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels through the years and this is the first time I have encountered this situation.
