Jamie at the front desk was very rude to us. This was after we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check in. Otherwise it wasn’t bad. Parking was an issue because convention goers next door were parking in the Hyatt space. That left not enough for guests.

Very disappointed.
When we walked in, we were told that breakfast was served until 10 o’clock in the morning. However, when we arrive down for breakfast at 9:15, they said that breakfast stop serving at 9 o’clock. We are very disappointed. Secondly, the curtain in the shower leaks onto the floor. The water from the shower goes right through the curtain and onto the floor.

What I liked the most about the stay is the modern look of the unit. The bathroom is new. I particularly liked the sliding door to the tub. The free breakfast was great, full of food. The cost for one night stay was reasonable.
