There is only one chair in the room while 2 people stay there. We called the front desk, asking her to send a chair or stool. She said yes quickly. But nothing happened

Location to Cincinnati was great, stay was a bit pricey for not having a larger balcony to sit and enjoy and no continental breakfast for guests included. The pool was very nice and the early hours of opening gave plenty time to enjoy before check out, overall I'd say it is a 7 out of 10.

For $250 a night there shouldn’t be roaches in the bathroom or stains on everything. It just felt and looked dirty and none of slept well after seeing roaches multiple times in the bathroom.

Pictures show a beautiful hotel. It only is pretty when lit at night. Inside 1st floor upon walking in is great, Friendly staff and all. Next morning. 1 pot of coffee per day, front desk person shouting 131 rooms checking out and people demanding coffee and it’s just me! Restaurant on 1st floor unfriendly, a mess in serving and service seriously lacking. Rooms. They all have a balcony, it’s round!! 2 queens. Beds not too bad. Lights behind the bed spasmodically blinking. 2 lights in the room broken, fridge worked and I guess the not kind music it made all day n night were free. Pillows in the bed were a joke the 2 person equivalent to 1 full standard sized pillow filled with chunks of stuffing and flat. Bathroom. Sink outside of toilet/shower. Tall and rounded out to make it hard for short people’s use for the sink. Toilet/shower. Same as you would find in a cheap hotel. Toilet ran nonstop, shower curtain didn’t stop the water from soaking the floor. HOT water quickly and pressure was good. Night 2 the shower area light went out & called down for repair. No one came. Dark showers. Awesome!! Night 3 asked for another blanket and it was accompanied with multiple holes. Description states on the river with view. Yeah sure it’s 5 blocks away and barely do you have a view of it. Maybe when you zoom in on it with your camera it’s great. Traffic was soo noisy. Even with the double doors on the balcony (great idea) it was booms all night and beeping from the truckers. Not happy

I would rather have a touch of charm modernism, than sterile modernism. This is not a new hotel. But it is round. It has strange angles in the room. The views are amazing. No vagrants, which is a change from other cities. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Not appearing to be in a safe area, rooms and lobby have a smell and seem in the hallway as if someone has been smoking. Room and carpets not clean. The shower nob was broken. Iron not working. The rooms are not furnished and have a poor closet. In all, not a place we could recommend.

The parking lot was full of sketchy characters. Required to pay for parking then walk back past sketchy characters to put sign car. Told if didn’t car would be towed ! Got in room receptacles by bed didn’t work. Tried for 1/2 hour. When. Called desk they said yeah they knew about it. We were told to pull mattress out then reach under headboard and plug in our items. 😡. Very old, outdated and very over priced. Felt like a cheap roadside inn.

The property advertises two different restaurants attached to the building which was really appealing. The downstairs restaurant is really nice and has a good bar. The other restaurant requires a reservation ahead of time by a couple of days so make sure you check the availability before your trip if you wanted to dine there. Now the room themselves aren’t anything spectacular. The top blanket was dirty on our bed, hair on floor in bathroom and in bathtub, room phone wasn’t even operational, and our shower would not drain properly. Only plus was the view and balcony. Was able to order room service breakfast which was really nice and the lady who delivered it was very sweet. The food was very good and great presentation. Lastly saw a nice roach friend when leaving the property outside by front door. Obvious they may have some pest issues but that’s probably normal for such a large building but still heads up.

The staff were not helpful when I checked in. There was an ant on the bed. The light in the bathroom in the ceiling wasn’t covered. The hallways aren’t well lit. The covers on the buttons in the elevator are completely broken or cracked. The interstate traffic is very loud, and not blocked at all in the rooms. I thought this motel was supposed to be a nicer one, but it needs a lot of updates done to it. I had high expectations, but left disappointed with my stay.
