It’s a good place to stay . It’s not 5 stars , but for a basic hotel , it was clean and safe. The staff was friendly.

This was an okay stay. There was no separate closet in our room so clothes hung on hooks against the wall. Additionally, I was informed, unfortunately after the fact, that I had to request my room to be serviced daily. I would have expected more from a Hilton-owned property.

The hotel was new, clean with a very friendly staff! The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. It was perfect for our overnight stay in the Cincinnati area!

It was really a nice stay with our pet dog. The only downside is that the rooms is you could hear the people above you and besides you. Above us we could hear the stumping or walking of a kid. Then the room next to us complained for my dog barking when my husband walkedb out the room. (Sorry). But all in all its pet friendly except for the $75 dollar fee which is kinda high especially for only a night stay. (Non-refundable).

The shower was awful. Literally either scorching hot or freezing cold no in between at all. Who wants to travel all day and not be able to have a relaxing shower ? Stood in there for a half hour trying to get the temperature right. The room was okay but the lamp shade had a brown/red stain all over it that was kind of gross. I was expecting a lot better for $150, would have just paid $80 to stay at a red roof inn or something. Good breakfast but overall not worth the money.

We got a call at 7:20 am for a noise complaint for talking to loud - not yelling or fighting just talking .. the adjoining room (through locked door) must be complaining when they came in thete roo. At 9 and kids were jumping and kicking and loud all night till about 11. .... the comaint I have for tru is why can we hear every foot step above and next to and moderate conversation through the wall / adjoining door. We have stayed other places where you cant hear someones thoughts through the walls.

Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. Only downside it is right next the freeway entrance ramp, so the traffic noise was exceptionally loud. But even with the traffic noise I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
