None of the staff were really friendly. The 2 from desk girls morning and evening were not warm and friendly. The host for the buffet this morning wasn’t inviting and looked very bothered that I was there lol. The room was decent but definitely smelt like mold /mildew. The breakfast was okay, definitely better than most Overall an average stay. I would recommend hiring more friendly staff. The price was decent, check in was easy , just didn’t feel very welcomed at all. Also wanted to recommend having the option for a receipt when paying in cash for stay and deposit. I was told I wouldn’t get one until checkout which made me a little nervous.

I came to stay at this Hotel, booked it online and paid in full. I was traveling so I needed this place to stay. I kept getting called a minor along with my significant other even though we serve in the United States Army. Even after showing ID, I was still called a minor and got told that we weren’t allowed to stay and that they wouldn’t refund our money.

Better breakfast than most. Hostess was not to friendly. She didnt look up and around while she rolled silverware and made guest stand and wait. Agreeting and or a smile would have been nice. She must have been having a rough day. She did notice i was leaving and said a salutation. I did leave a tip. That is probably why.

We booked a two bedroom for one night and when we got there, the room smelled like dog urine, and there were several dogs on the premises, our air conditioning in the room was also making a loud ticking sound, and there was a door in the room that led to the room next to us that had mildew in the corners. I went up front to ask if we could cancel our reservation. I was told no so I called Expedia and they also would not give me my money back. My youngest daughter is allergic to dogs so we could not stay in the room. They offered to put us in a different room that did not have two queen beds. Not only is that not what we paid for, but it also wasn’t going to work. I ended up having to come out of pocket and pay for a different hotel last minute because as I stated before, my daughter is allergic to dogs, the room reeked up dog pee, and they would not give us a refund.

We stayed 10/24 - 10/28 of 2024. Our stay was quite enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was very large with the majority of it being fresh. The room was clean, the towels were bright white with no discoloration & the beds & bedding were fantastic! The comforter was my favorite. The fridge was perfectly cold & the room didn’t have that disgusting “old stale smoke smell” which we appreciated immensely! We definitely will stay again!

Pros and cons of an ok stay.
It was an ok stay. Pros and cons listed. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Room was pretty clean. The bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel bed and had a lot of pillows. The water got hot for showers (which is great) it had a mini fridge and microwave. The lady at the breakfast area was so nice and attentive. The room had a stench of cigarettes. The toilet didn’t work and you’d have to mess with the tank part to make it flush. The shower was kinda gross. There wasn’t much water pressure in the shower. The upkeep is the bare minimum and you can tell by the looks (not on the house cleaners). The room needs some updates but it was ok for a one night stay

Terrible. Don’t stay here. I’m not sure how this place isn’t condemned. Serious mold issue! Building is in desperate need of repair (or just tear down) inside and out. Area was sketchy.
