It was ok
The staff was friendly. The condition of the hotel was in some disrepair, but not horrible. The AC cover would not fit/stay on. The commode was missing some knobs on the lid. The elevator made a shudder when it arrived on our floor. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Our room was changed, we asked for two bed and when we arrived only had kind with a pull out couch. The pool was out of service the whole time we were there, they were waiting for the city to inspect the pool since May. Our bathroom light fixtures were broken so there was only very dim lighting in there. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the handle to turn the water on was detached from the wall. Also in the bathroom, the towel handle was loose and afraid it was going to break. The ac unit case was not attached right that when I son leaned against it is fell off. Our room was never cleaned or bed were made either. And we seen a cockroach in the main bathroom in the lobby. We asked for some type of discount but since we reserved through 3rd party (cheap tickets) we couldn’t get anything but to enroll in their point system. Their staff was amazing and very apologetic and most if not all that stuff is out of their control.

Love that the room was very spacious, along with a huge bathroom and sitting area. The only bad thing, was we could not take a shower, because the tub was rusty throughout the bottom and there wasn’t a stopper for the drain.

Was able to park in the handicap area. Being disabled, its not always easy to get a handicap spot. The bad, our room was dirty, sticky counters, dirty sheets and comforter. But was close to elevator. But no ice machine, but was a soda machine. Then we called down to front desk, and she moved us to the third floor to another room, but it was all the way down to the end of the hall. Was not an easy walk to the elevator, but we made it through. The youmg woman at the front desk said they were having issues with the cleaning person , so they new the rooms may not have been up to par. The ac wasnt working that well either. We did stay hot in the room. But just wanted to not have to pack up again, to move to another room. It was my wifes Birthday, and she thought them having a pool, would be good for us to go swim. But found out that its closed until June. So that was disappointing because thats the biggest reason we chose there. Just overall, Very Disappointed. Wont be going back

Dirty sheets & floor.
Sheets had not been changed from previous occupant. Went to front desk to ask for clean sheets, they gave us new, larger room but didn’t charge us more. New room had clean sheets, but floor wasn’t vacuumed.
