Everything was good minus they only had 1 working elevator but they must have booked most people on the first floor since there were never any lines. The breakfast area is very large and the food was decent. The room was huge! The only complaint was there was no bathroom vanity. A regular bathroom sink just isn’t large enough.

Deteriorating property with no elevators operating

I visit this hotel several times a year and each visit the property deteriorates. They due truly nothing to improve the facility and maintenance is nearly none existent. The elevators are inoperable and the one that they did have available you needed to kick the door for it to close. Front desk staff and food service employees were very pleasant.

The room is comfortable enough, though a little dated. The chairs are rather broken down and uncomfortable, and the bed, too soft. I appreciate, though, their having multiple rooms for pets. The exterior is filthy with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The designated pet area has no light for after-dark. The staff is personable, helpful, and friendly. The morning breakfast is uneven: some days excellent, and some days just so-so. It is very convenient and have many restaurant choices within a mile or so. For all the drawbacks, this is where I stay when I'm in the area. There are just too many benefits that outweigh the issues.

Pass this place by

Not one working elevator. Smell of smoke and pot throughout complex. Air conditioning stuck on room. I slept with my coat on.
