The Space:
This spacious house sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with 6 guests accommodated in beds and additional sleeping arrangements available for 4 guests on couches (please note: couch sleepers must bring their own linens, pillows, and supplies)

We extend a warm welcome to health care professionals and offer accommodations suitable for long-term stays. With proximity to numerous hospitals, including Cleveland Clinic - Euclid Hospital and University Hospitals Euclid Health Center, our house provides a convenient and comfortable base for travel nurses and doctors on 13-week assignments.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home, with the exception of the 'en-suite' located at the back. You can park up to 4 cars on the driveway, and there is street parking available for your convenience. While there's usually ample free parking on the street, please be aware of city regulations prohibiting overnight parking between 2-6 am. To avoid any inconvenience, ensure your vehicle is parked in the driveway before 2 am.

In our opinion, the best part of our location is the proximity to Lake Erie and all its beauty. Experience the tranquility of the beaches, parks, paths, and perfect spots for picnics along the shores of Lake Erie. Don't miss exploring Cleveland's Metro-Parks and the "Emerald Necklace," a series of interconnected parks and trails offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and connecting with nature.

During your stay at the Charming Old Soul, please follow the house rules:

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.

If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.
