The location was great to get to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as that is what we came to see. But the room was not clean, property is run down. The staff were all amazing though.

The garage elevator was not working and coud not use wheel chair easily. Staff at the lounge acted like they did not want to be there and had a real attitude with customers. Could not get food ordered and left to go somewhere else.

The room was a little dated, but clean John at the bar was a bit undesirable. Left us to feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there. It was the Pittsburgh Steelers Browns game so they were busy, but he was not happy to be there.

I felt completely duped from this proprety. I want a refund. the pictures online looked nothing like the actual room. It was disgusting, so dirty and beat to crap. The room was gross. I paid a bunch of money for a hilton and got a motel 6

The only complaint that i have is with the restaurant there. We ordered fish sandwiches, but they didn't have tartar sauce. I have never ate fish without tartar sauce. The overall food wasn't very good and no discount was offered.

Check it out. It’s a nice spot.
It was uneventful, everyone was nice and accommodating. Room was great, clean but had to park outside with the $30 a night parking fee
