I just stayed here last weekend to attend a wedding and woke up with horrible beg bug bites all over the left side of my body (arm, shoulder, head, back) which is the side I sleep on. A doctor confirmed this is what they are and prescribed several meds because I am so uncomfortable. I spoke with the front desk and filled out what happened and was moved to another room and heard nothing else until I checked out and said something again. I was told to call back today and talk to the manager. I called today and spoke to the manager, Ramon, and he assured me his employees looked in the room and found no bed bugs and the bites were probably something else. ??? The problem here is he gave me the room number I was moved to not the one I slept in when I was bit. When I told him this he tried to say he did tell me the original room number. I told him I don't believe his employees checked the room and that I was calling the health department. He then said he will call an exterminator today and send me the report. Mind you, the bites happened 5 days ago and nothing has been done. I told him he could do whatever he wanted, I was still calling the health department. IF YOU STAY HERE CHECK FOR BED BUGS.

STAY HERE, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
Everything was awesome! The beds were super comfortable, all the linens were crisp, clean, and fresh. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! They had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, and the chef who cooked the omelettes was on point! Of course they also had cold cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, little cupcakes, pastries, fresh fruit, and you could toast your own bagels and English muffins as well. They had a wide selection of drinks: orange juice, apple juice, lemonade, several varieties of coffee (both with caffeine and without). The breakfast buffet is open both Saturday and Sunday from 7-10 am, but only open from 6:30 to 7:30 weekdays. On weekends it is packed! Every table is taken, and people are all over the entire breakfast area. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was very calm, peaceful, and serene. They have an actual restaurant with a bar in the hotel as well, which is nice. They have an ice machine on every floor, so you don't have to go far to get ice. The bathrooms were stocked with personals: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, and lotion. It all smelled good and was nice to use. The gym was small but adequate. I did a couple workouts on the treadmill, there's also an eliptical and a bike, as well as free weights. My only complaint is that the coffeemaker in my room did not fit the coffee pods I brought with me, but that's okay bc they had coffee at breakfast. You should totally stay here, you won't regret it!

Hotel was open and airy - therefore noisy. Neighbors kids were up all night. I called the manager and nobody answered. Room keys needed recoding 2x per day - frustrating. Breakfast area was dirty. Food looked unappetizing. Help was very friendly.

great rooms great stay
The rooms were very spacious and very clean. I was very happy to see they had turkey sausage as a breakfast option. The breakfast and the happy hour at the bar were my highlights. Moving forward this will be my choice hotel when I don't stay downtown.

I will never stay there again had to have wrist bands to go to the pool or breakfast if you didn’t have one u couldn’t even sit in there ants on the carpet in the room and yes I have videos to prove it alcohol bottle in the closet they had problem with my requesting more towels had a problem giving me a extra blanket there was 6 in my room the room was cold the phone in the cord was broke so it kept coming out when u use it ice machine didn’t work on our floor the price that they charge not worth the room they complained and said I had a party which I didn’t but let’s not forget how many other people there with balloons cake and bunch of kids as well and front desk speaking in a different language in front of u when asking for something and didn’t want you give me extra towels because I had some in my room which was not enough for 6 people and questioned my daughter what room was she in definitely filling a complaint

Upon arriving, we stood in lobby for ever waiting to check in while staff talked on his cell phone. With that said he was quick to get us checked in and nice. The pool area was nice but I think it needed more chemicals pool water was very cloudy. Breakfast was great!

Can't remember the kids name, but he needs some training. Illum or something, young man works the night shift, I woke up at 5am Saturday to an elevator full of pancakes on the floor, told him about it and watched him scroll his phone for the next two hours till his shift was over, his replacemet was a handycap working on a scooter to get around. I told her about it and she had to go do her best to clean it up. Typical of todays youth, lazy. The next moring he follwed me in the restroom at 5:30 am, took a leek right next to me and walked out without washing his hands, his free hand was scrolling his phone the whole time he was doing his business at the stall. I left the front door and watch him making up what I believe to be gift bags with bottle water and whatever with those same hands, discusting. Also it' s posted quiet times 10pm to 8am throughout the facility, yet every night on the main floor people are allowed to carry on making noise and partying loudly as you try to sleep and with no consequences, the noise comes right threw the gap under your room door.
