Our initial impression was not good. We were sent up to a room that had not been cleaned and we arrived at 7:00pm. We were send to another room that was not up to standards as far as clean. I found someone’s earring on the carpet, the bedskirt had a huge stain and the floor behind the bed and bedside tables looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The building itself is not being kept up like it should be. The bar stools were rickety and the food was over priced. I missed breakfast bc it stops at 9:00am when some people are still sleeping. The staff there are great and were super kind and helpful. I do however think I would choose another hotel if I need to stay there in the future.

Comfortable and clean but loud kids
Check in took a little long due to a person reserving not being found. It was a comfortable stay but they should have security due to kids running around the halls at 10:30pm at night.

Okay but troubled
Hotel is run down. Not helpful to host guests from clan, tribal and communal subcultures who cram 2 adults and 12 children/youth in one suite. Not enough revenue to compensate for wear and tear. Annoying room was out of shampoo, breakfast had no butter and staff was not conversant with English. Service was responsive and hotel had plenty of staff, but overall did not meet expectations
