I did not have high hopes for this property but I thought it’s only 1 night, we can get through it. Never again. Got there at 5. We were told our room was not ready and to come back in 40 minutes. We went to have dinner and came back at 6:20. Our room was still not ready. We had to change in my brothers room (his room was ready). We were in town for the Billy Joel concert. The room has a small kitchen so there are grease stains on a lot of the surfaces, including the door. Did not even go near the “breakfast” in the morning. My brother went to just get coffee and there was no milk for his coffee. When he asked the woman for milk she said I have no idea what you’re talking about. Did not feel safe here at all.

The room was nice and clean, though the baseboards looked like they needed to be finished. Although the property is listed as being fully smoke-free, there was a strong marijuana smell in and around the elevator.

Myself and 3 other friends came to town for a concert for the night and we got 2 rooms. My room was fine. It was clean, no issues at all. My other friend's room had several issues. It wasn't clean, bed had no sheets and no pillows. When he went down to ask for some pillows, they said they would bring them to him and they never did. He also said he the bed had a plastic sheet, that felt like him and his girlfriend were sleeping on a diaper. And to make things worse, they woke up to a roach crawling on his girlfriend. I did manage to go home with an unexpected cat that was roaming the 2nd floor, which I was told by the girl working the front desk that it wasn't her problem, wanted nothing to do with him and that it was the owner of the property's problem. He roamed the hallway all night and I decided to take him home with me when I saw him the next morning. He's got a good home now, in a much, MUCH, nicer area. Especially for cats. Y'all can leave a response that sounds good to PR, but it won't make me feel any different about my stay. Should I find myself in the area again, I'll stay somewhere else

Upon check-in, I was advised by a very stern counter person that this was a non-smoking facility. When I went to my room, #134, the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong, it took my breath away. The smell that someone had been smoking cigarettes in the room was so intense that I wondered if it could ever be clean to a point where it wouldn’t smell like cigarettes.

This is a tale of 2 rooms. I went down recently for a concert in the area and spent the night. I reserved 2 rooms, one for myself and a friend, another for my best friend and his girlfriend. My room was nice, no real complaints, beds were actually comfortable, room was clean, overall a good nights sleep. My other friend's room was the complete opposite. Room wasn't clean, no sheets, no pillows

Last resort Hotel
Arrived in the lobby with my arms full because my wife had already checked in and sent me a text with our room number. Not only was I not greeted but the person who was behind the check in counter acted annoyed when I asked which direction our room was in. Got to our room to prepare our clothing for our evening only to discover an ironing board but no iron. Asked same person behind check in counter if she could find us an iron from another room maybe? She said she'd check but never followed up. Ice trays in the freezer empty and no ice machine in the building. Awakened at four in the morning by loud activity (housekeeping maybe?) above our room that lasted till we got out of bed. This would be the place to stay if you needed a room with a very limited budget and we're prepared enough to overcome the property's short comings.

Terrible Hotel Wife got Pinkeye
It was a terrible experience. Our room had no baseboards or mirrors (besides the bathroom) and my wife developed Pinkeye on day 4 of our stay and she did not leave the room on day 3 so it definitely came from our room. The towels had little hairs on them and to top it off the manager barged into our room on the 3rd day while I was gone and accused us of smoking and once she verified we weren't smoking she did not apologize. She was very rude. And what makes it worse is that we need to stay there because we're between houses for a month and it's the closest and most reasonable for our budget. I feel like we should get @least 4 nights free because it was a terrible experience. The manager was so rude my wife was afraid to go get complimentary breakfast muffins. And now this app isn't letting me upload pics of the room and I definitely got some.

Horrible room, horrible service and dirty.
The floors were dirty and sticky. Crumbs all over the floor. Stains on the sheets and dirty shower. The room smelled like maple syrup and we had to sleep with the windows open and the bathroom fan on. The toliet did not work and no one was there to help with that. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out 1 day early. We cut our whole trip short due to this inconvenience. Will never stay here again. Also, when we got there NO one was at the counter. We waited almost 15 min and no one still showed to help us.
