Dirty sock in bathroom from guests before us, alone with dirty tissues stuffed back into the dispenser. Long black hair on towel when we’re both blonde. When checking in the attendant and supervisor were arguing and didn’t stop the entire time during. It was cringy and very embarrassing. Dirty carpets and floors.

Didn’t get a suite like reserved instead had to break up into separate rooms that weren’t connected. Second room was never cleaned and had to move too a third room.

Our room wasn’t ready 5 hours AFTER the check in time and we had to wait in the lobby after we kept be told 10 more minutes numerous times. While everyone was law checked in and went right up to their room. Our room was even prepaid before we got there.
