The gentleman who checked us in was amazing! It was after 1 AM and he chorded us in quickly and was very kind. We had some technical difficulties but he took care of it. The room was overpriced but a good stay. The breakfast was typical, the coffee wasn’t fresh but no biggie.

Overall ok. Evening front desk was lackluster/ lazy. Breakfast area not supplied for large crowds/ 1 waffle maker and 1 toaster. Kids had to wait for kids choices; and were on time schedule.

Hotel was fine until we didn’t have hot water when arriving back at 11pm. Still didn’t have hot water the next morning at 430am when we left for the airport. Tried both sink and shower and left running for 20+ mins just to make sure.

They said they would clean the room every other day. We stayed 4 nights and it was never cleaned. Not a huge deal, but they shouldn't claim something they don't mean. Stayed there for the EV charger they offered. It was Loop. A little difficult to get to work. We only ate the free breakfast on the morning of our departure, but there wasn't enough room, so we took it up to our room.

We liked the hotel, the only thing that needs to be posted is how the airport shuttle works, specify the pick-up place, we were waiting over an hour where “all shuttles” pick up passengers and after a couple of calls to the hotel we found out they don’t pick up at the shuttle area, they picked us up at arrival’s door 7.
