I like the hotel but the room I was in had an issue with the AC. They worked it and it but it did not get much better. We had to switch rooms the next morning. The room we move to was drap compared to where we were. I also like help with my luggage but the staff outside did not offer to help. No one helped me with my luggage to my room. You might consider thinking about that service.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Received an upgrade and was amazed at the beautiful suite we got. We enjoyed the roof top bar and the food was great. Walked everywhere we needed to go. Will go back!

Great hotel in cle, especially if you want to walk to the browns game, or rocket mortgage arena. Its walkable to many restaurants and jacks casino as well. Clean and convenient, maybe a lil more then surrounding hotels not sure if its worth the extra $$ but great option.

The staff is exceptional. We stayed here last year & knew we were unquestionably staying again this year. I had a late check-in that was canceled by Hilton for being past the closing of the days books. I was informed I could use another payment method. I wanted it on my credit account I booked with, but didn't have the physical card. It took a little while, but the staff communicated professionally, effectively & efficiently to rectify the situation, making sure the room fee was charged to my booking payment card. We will chose the Hilton Downtown Cleveland for all our future travels to Cleveland, Ohio

Great location. Walkable to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame several other amazing places to tourist. Super clean and quiet. The pool, rooms,& Bar 32 have breath taking views of Lake Erie & the Cleveland stadium! Restaurant has delicious burgers with gluten free bun options. The garage parking for rental cars was easy to navigate and convenient.
