Nice hotel just check the door closes all the way before leaving has a hard time latching shut. Have to raise up on door handle and door latches all the way. You do HAVE TO PAY for valet but well worth it for the night only a minute or two from Rocket mortgage.

I enjoyed being close to the Rocket Mortgage Field House Arena, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel and staff were nice. I have to honestly say that the breakfast was not good.

We checked out after being there for 15 minutes. When we were in the lobby waiting to check in a homeless man came in and continued jum ask for money from evesyone waiting for the one employee to check us in. Only one elevator was working anf within 10 minutes of getting into our room a couple walked into our room with a key saying they were told that was their room. Never had a worse experience and I was only there 20 minutes. We were told we would be getting a full refund.

Well, the pictures of the hotel were very deceiving. It was older than it looked in the pics, but it still worked out. There was no views from any window or anywhere anywhere in this hotel unlike the pictures have told you that they had other than that it was a great hotel.

Racially Profiled
I feel as though my 21 year old son racially profiled. The staff went up to him multiple times asking about why he was there. He was even followed into the restroom. He told them multiple times and then they weren’t satisfied so they made him tell him the name and room number. He did so. He then eventually came back to the room and told me of the incident. I immediately went downstairs and spoke with a gentleman. I let him know that I was the mother of the young man they interrogated. I asked him multiple times what did my son do that caused them to continue to harass and question him. He couldn’t tell me anything, I asked was he talking loudly, yelling, etc. He then just apologized. My son and I came to Cleveland from Toledo on Thursday, December 5th to watch the Cavs play so the fact there was a game going on it’s really not that unusual for a young person to be walking around. I believe that if my son was white then he would’ve been left to walk around the lobby area in peace.

Bad valet
Started off with valet being closed when we got there. Had to pay for a parking garage but couldn’t leave my car in the garage over night. So when valet reopened I had to pay additional fees to park my car with them… Then the Valet left a box of their shoes in my car. They placed it in the backseat behind the driver and I didn’t notice it until I made it home 3 hours later. Why did they valet put there stuff in my car? There was only 1 elevator working, and it took forever that it was faster to climb the 7 flights of stairs.
