I did not like , there was no silverware of plastic in the rooms. I asked for silverware and was told I had to fill out forms, in case I did not return the silverware. I asked for extra towels and was told , I had to exchange my towels for new ones. There was not a coffee maker in the room. I just did not feel welcome there, I felt like I was treated like a thief.

the price was ok, for a one night stay. But as soon as we got settled, after a long day, a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate for about 10 min. No one told us it was safe to return, people just started entering. The clerk, obviously new, was very unsure of the check in process, which took way too long. The breakfast, if you want to call it that, was a granola bar, and the coffee was lukewarm. The room would have been fine for just one person, but there were two of us, so there was no place for us both to sit. Also there were no extra dishes, a hair dryer or anything like that, apparently you need to request it, so that id on us, but something to know. I did like the fact that they have vinyl flooring, not carpet. But even so, the room felt dated and not super clean. I just was not what I expected.

Me and my family checked into our room and upon getting ready for bed and ready to reset and rest we noticed our alarm clock was not working neither of our phones was charging the lights weren’t working. I called the front desk and spoke to whom checked us in I remember her telling us she was new I do not blame her for this. But she stated no manager or maintenance was on site this evening they would be in at 8am mind you it was a one night stay. Them they suggested I pack up me and my two young children and move down a few doors at 1am. I came downstairs that morning for “breakfast” asked for the manager no manager onsite I was giving a card to contact the manager and she called back later on and told me she’ll check with her maintenance guy to further investigate. I have video footage of all of this. Now I’m contacting Expedia for my review because she stated she can’t necessarily do anything but check on the issue because I booked through Expedia.

The property seemed nice until the evening when the cockroaches all started coming out. In the shower and in the bathroom area. I took pictures and told the worker at the front desk. She simply said ‘oh no! I’ll tell management, thanks for staying’ They have a grab and go breakfast and the muffins we tried were stale. I would never come here again or recommend anyone stay here.

I never received my deposit back for my stay. I did nothing wrong with that room to not have it returned. It's been a full week. If they were just going to keep it don't say it's a deposit and add it to the cost of the room.

Very nice accommodations for the price! My room had a couple slight maintenance issues but nothing that made it unbearable. The property could stand a bit of updating in terms of paint and scratched door repair but still very nice overall.

We booked this hotel because it had a full kitchen. And, more importantly, a safe. There was no safe. There was nothing in the kitchen. No dishes utensils, pots/pans, glasses, etc. You had to ask for a coffee maker and hair dryer. The breakfast was a grab and go but there was nothing to grab. First day...no fruit, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, milk. There was coffee and coffee mate and 2 boiled eggs. A half dozen muffins the next day. Nothing else. No dishes even if there was oatmeal or cereal. We were told somebody didnt place the order. Our last day they brought in muffins, eggs, granola bar and flavoured yogurt. The phone didnt work, the sink stopper didnt work. The A/C wall unit didn't work. It was flashing battery low. They didnt have a battery. And the bedside light did not work. Toiletries were one small bar of soap and one shampoo about 2" high. That's it. No housekeeping unless you are there 8 Days now. Pathetic. The room was not properly cleaned prior to us getting there. Dust everywhere and the floor was disgusting. Couldn't even guess when it was last cleaned. I don't need clean towels every day but I do expect it to be clean when we arrive and have what they advertise. And there was NEVER anyone at the front desk. You had to wait anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes and someone eventually came out of a room across the lobby. We will never use this Hotel Chain again because of this experience. Terrible!!

Nice room, no sheets for the sofa bed, 5 occupants- 4 towels, no coffee maker, unexpectedly no silverware or cups, glasses, ….. But convenient and comfortable sleep after 15 hrs on the road

This was a family vacation. I requested on Hotels.com that payment at be made at arrival. The hotel charged my credit card 5 hours before arrival including previously undisclosed fees. My credit card company rejected the transaction as fraudulent and Extended Stay cancelled our reservation before arrival. This issue took over 2 hours to resolve and the hotel did not accept any responsibility. Breakfast was described by hotel staff as ‘COLD.’ It was terrible. No cereal or bread or oatmeal. Forget eggs and bacon. Just some awful tasting hard-boiled eggs in refrigerator, no juice or even water, ONLY high calorie granola and other fig/fruit bars, and terrible oranges. Not even apples. No fruit juice—only coffee. Also, the side entrance door to hotel, next to the pool and ‘exercise’ room, was left open at night. Apparently, there is not any security personnel working at even with over 80% occupancy! Next day, we made reservations on Hotels.com at Sleep Inn--almost 40% cheaper. great ‘hot’ breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. We made fresh waffles and several fruit juices, cold yogurt, and hot oatmeal were available. Based on price/poor service, I will not ever return to this overpriced and poor quality hotel. Most cleaning staff could not understand English; many could be unauthorized workers. I hope that this review saves some families from suffering from a similar terrible experience. Shame on corporate managers of Extended Stay Hotel America!

Hotel was great. But, fire alarm went off twice over two nights of three after 10pm. Alarm light flashed all night long every night. No coffee in room. Had to sign life away to get coffee pot and cups. Breakfast was light continental, be aware. Beds very hard, even for husband. Water pressure was ample not good. Rain shower head. That's all that was bad

Hôtel propre, check in un peut long mais ok, belle grande chambre avec cuisinette Et gros réfrigérateur, prendre note que si vous désirez un séchoir ou autre vous devez demander à l'office. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuné continental c'est juste café , yogourt, muffin, barre tenbre et oeuf dure. Rien de chaud mais vous pouvez faire vos toast a vos chambre et il y a des machine distributrice.

My wife and I had a bad experience here. We came in at about 9-10pm. The person who was supposed be behind the desk wasn't. His attitude when checking in wasn't too friendly or welcoming. I paid for a single King size bed and we were given a double. So we called and went back to the lobby to get a new room. We are now in a 2nd room it's midnight and about to go to sleep, when the outlets near the bed weren't working! I sleep with a CPAP machine so without electricity it wasn't going to work! So we called to the lobby where a new person answered. He was more accommodating to us and brought up a cart for us to move to now a 3rd room!! The 2nd gentlemen we were working with this time explained to me that the city experienced a tornado recently that that the facility itself was lucky to have power. I understood yet to be changing rooms for a 3rd time after midnight is frustrating. The following day we did speak to the manager. Before we spoke to her, we saw how professional and accommodating she was to a family in line before we spoke to her. While speaking to her, we said, it would have been nice if we got that treatment when we first were checking in. She apologized to us and was understanding with our frustrations. She gave us her business card if there were any more issues and for future bookings. Honestly we most likely won't go there again. Over all, the manger and the 2nd gentleman I spoke with were accommodating. It was the 1st person during check in that wasn't so good.

Got there at 11 at night with 3 children to them telling me they cancelled our reservations bc they over booked and did not feel the need to let us know until we got there the night of. So I had 3 children crying children and no where to stay and had to drive 3 hours till I could find a place to stay making it almost 2am! The gentleman at the counter was rude and could care less!

Our experience was mostly positive just with the exception that there was no r housekeeping provided daily, had to solicit clean towels from the desk. Charges were put thru without clarifying the details of total charges. When I inquired about the charges one staff was very pleasant, the other was very curt.

After a long day of travel to Cleveland, we arrive around 7 pm to the hotel to check in and were told that our reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. No additional assistance was offered. Tried 4 different hotels in the area and they were all booked. We ended up driving to Erie PA to find a hotel. Needless the say we were not happy and felt that it was extremely unprofessional the way it was handle. Will be contacting the corporate office to make them aware of the situation.
