The property was well taken care of but your front desk employee needs to be more patient I was there check in Nov 13 th check out Nov 14th and I got charged twice because he didn't wanna listen to me that I had already prepaid and I ended up paying for 1 night twice I'm highly upset I'm still trying to get my money back. I will never stay there again and I will not absolutely not recommend your hotel

The staff were amazing however the rooms were filthy. Rust/mold in the bathrooms. Lobby was constantly dirty and not swept. A family member of mine staying at the same location changed her room 3 times, again staff was accommodating but goes to show you the cleanliness of the rooms. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

There was no shuttle from the airport. The water to whole hotel was off for hours.Upon arrival check in went smooth. I went out for the day and came back to be locked out of my room. Close inspection of the hotel, lobby floors were dirty and carpets needed to be cleaned. Most of staff was nice.

My room was pretty dirty. The coffee pot was covered in dust, as well as, the tray it was sitting on, the light in the bathroom didn't have a cover on it, the door stop was broken, the lock for added security was taken off, the carpet was frayed all the way back that the carpet tacking was showing with the sharp little spikes exposed. I could hear people in the hall all night, and someone banger on my door at 10:30pm and ran down the hall. And the tv would only work for 5mins at a time. The staff was nice, parking and location were good.

Bathtub shower and fixture needs to be replaced. Could not stand up in shower without holding on to handicapped bar as tub floor was so curved. Shower fixture was confusing how to get water temp. Room needs update.

Completely run down. Heater so loud that you had to shout to have a conversation when it kicked on. Tried to call front desk to possibly switch rooms. Phone doesn't work. Room dirty. Someone's black hair in the sink. Went down to enjoy hot tub. Scary, dungeon type room. No one there, or anyone else in hotel. Jets didnt work and scum floating in the water of the filthy, chipped hot tub. Packed and left, went to a different hotel.

The hot tub in the pool area was out of order. We had to request that the lights be turned on in the pool area. It was dark even though we were told the pool area was open.
