Room was not clean .. unsanitary dining area the breakfast was not good in anyway and the the guest in the next room was loud and screaming the whole time … was very disappointed…

It was dilapidated and horrifically unclean. We had to check out and sleep at the airport because there was no room in any other hotels. The bed sheets were blood stained, there was a bloody hand print on the wall and no soap in the room. We checked out and did not stay. They offered to give us clean sheets.

Horrible stay!
This place was horrible. The smell when you walked in was that of smoking that was trying really hard to be covered up. The bathroom was disgusting, we did not take a shower, barely used the toilet and had bottle water to brush our teeth. The bed was very hard and made a noise like you were rolling over pop cans every time you turned over. The walls/ceilings were so thin that you heard the person upstairs walking everywhere, you heard what they were watching on television, and this went on for very late in the night. We did not get any good sleep, but thank goodness we had to be at the airport at 5am.

Floor was filthy. Smelt like dirty socks. For 2 ppl only gave 1 pillow each. Dead bugs. Served still ice cold sausage and eggs for breakfast.

Great location - okay hotel
Location is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and I-X Center. Rooms are okay. However, the AC units make a lot of weird noises so it makes it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

When I went to check in they told me the reservation had been cancelled. When I asked who cancelled it, they had no information. I t was late at night and I was stuck with no room. This was a horrible experience.
