The rooms didn’t have a lot of lighting. Other than that, it’s a delightful surprise. Love the attention to detail in reproducing the 1960’s feel. Kind staff and shuttle drivers. A good place to stay.

When I checked in I was asked if I wanted a late check-out (1 hr)- no mention of cost. I agreed. In the meantime, I received a text offering late check-out for $30. I went to the front desk and said to cancel the late check-out. She assured me that it was cancelled and gave me a receipt with a zero balance. Unfortunately, it had already beem charged to my account even before it was scheduled to occur - wrong on multiple counts. It was a negative experience after an OK stay. I will be following up with VISA.

I am going to give a poor review mainly due to the overwhelming smell of ammonia that penetrated the building. It was acrid and extremely unpleasant. Also the A/C unit made a loud pop sound every time it cycled on. There were two units in our room so one lagged behind the other and woke us intermittently throughout the evening. I am not able to recommend staying here even though it’s convenient to the airport.

Reasonably priced, able to get to downtown event without trouble, clean, free parking, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room and nice breakfast in the morning. Close to car rental return and airport.

I wasn’t a fan of not having carpet in the room. I wasn’t a fan of having to contort my body to get past the TV to get into bed (my wife was on the other side and asleep). I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom door that slides sideways, but leaves gaps on each side. I wasn’t a fan of not having a door for the shower.

Hotel was conveniently located close to CLE airport and car rental returns. The premises and surrounding hotel area are just OK but once inside, the staff was helpful, hotel decor is modern with a touch of fun retro vibes, a spacious room and bathroom and super clean, no complaints. Only con was the Elevator which needs an upgrade, it was jumpy and noisy. Shuttle, free parking and Full breakfast included, A plus!

This place is so unique! We will be staying here again on our next Cleveland adventure. It is near the airport without much close by in regards to shopping or food, but the hotel is extremely clean with friendly staff and decorated with 60's retro decor mixed with a modern vibe. Very cool place to stay!

The unexpected fees! The bathroom door had gaps on both sides, you can see and hear everything. Called to make sure i can leave my vehicle there and a shuttle to airport and from airport before i booked, the person said absolutely, i check in and the receptionist told me no !!
