The location is superb. University Circle area is convenient to downtown and Cleveland Heights. Within walking distance: world class museums, parks, Little Italy and some amazing architecture.

Bed had long dark hairs in it, I am blonde, at least 6 dead insects on the windowsills in our room and the floors were filthy. After a shower I went to grab my clothes and my feet were black. Hopefully the lady getting married there didn’t drag her wedding dress on her floor. I had to take my shoes to the washroom wash my feet again and put them on immediately. The only nice thing was Fred at the desk who checked us in and out. I left the room without tipping and stripping the beds etc which I normally don not this time.
