The contemporary home boasts light-filled open plan living and dining with a gourmet kitchen, four plush bedrooms and two bathrooms. Take in stunning sunset views from the entertainers’ balcony, perfect with a cocktail in hand.
Every detail of this modern home has been considered for relaxed coastal living. It’s footsteps to the chalk white sands of Redhead Beach and is flanked by parks and nature reserves. Bustling Newcastle is just a short drive away with plenty of opportunities for dining and entertainment. But in Redhead, life is all about taking things slow.

Once you step inside this property, you’ll be instantly impressed by its high-end interiors. Brimming with natural light, the open plan living and dining area flows to the front courtyard. Cook up a feast in the fully catered kitchen designed with Caesarstone benchtops and equipped with top-quality appliances.

Come together for a shared meal at the dining table, then unwind on the sofas with a central TV. There’s cable TV, Xbox and books to keep you entertained, as well as a smart home system for your convenience.

Downstairs lies the impressive master suite with a king-sized bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs along with a dedicated study area and main bathroom fitted with a spa bathtub. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom has a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above.
