Casa Leandro, rural accommodation in Cartavio, Coaña, Asturias. Casa Leandro, is a large house of 250 m², built in 1890 and completely restored in 2010. It is an isolated house, with stone walls and hardwood floors and ceilings. It has three floors distributed as follows: First floor. Entrance hall, games room, kitchen with office, large pantry, bathroom and patio of 125 m². Second floor. Spacious living room with large windows, a double bedroom, two singles and bathroom with jacuzzi (for one person) and large windows. Second floor. Large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydro-massage shower and 35m² living-bedroom with sofa bed and extra bed. In the front area of the house we can find a small garden, table soccer and barbecue area with table and benches to eat. The house is located in a private estate of 7.000m² surrounded by meadows.
