A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach!

All furniture (seats 6 comfortably), beds (king, queen, 1 queen sofa bed), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized.

The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 6 people, a bar that seats 4 and a kitchen that is well stocked.

Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.

Entire condo is tiled.

Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.

Beach items are not supplied by owner. Whatever is in the beach closet is what is left from previous guests.
We do supply beach towels.

We provide bath towels and linens for you to use
smoke detectors

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

The property was beautiful and well kept. Our condo was beautiful and the view was great. You could see the ocean, the cruise ships coming and going and if you knew when there was a launch from the Space Center you could see it! The construction next door is a deal breaker

We had a great stay. We are local to the Orlando Florida area, and were looking for a extended weekend getaway to the beach. Great place to do just that. Only concern, is Wifi Internet is provided which is great. But only the 2G connection passwords were provided. So if you wanted to work remotely on your Laptop, or bring a gaming system for the children to play online, 2G is not internet for these devices. Strong enough for cell phone and most tablets. Just should be known as I did travel with the intention to also work remote. Other than that, the place was great and provided all else necessary to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful updated condo fully furnished
If you are looking for a beautiful condo at Cocoa Beach that is fully furnished this is the place to stay. Both balconies offer beautiful views. Our family was able to see a space shuttle launch, sunsets, cruise ships, and the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances needed to enjoy meals. Linens including beach towels were provided. Spacious closets and drawer space. Our family will book this unit again if we return to Cocoa Beach! Cons: we had an unusual smell in the unit which we notified the hostess Jennifer of and she addressed the issue right away. Hostess Jennifer was amazing and responded to messages sent right away! She was quick to resolve any issues. This unit and the location was great for our vacation.

Spring Break Getaway!
We had a wonderful week in Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful- great views of the ocean. Very relaxing stay and the owner was accessible when we needed her. (Major demolition at the property across the street was going on all week, but that was the only negative.) Located near a ton of awesome seafood restaurants and we hit the jazz club at Heidi’s- a favorite for us! Was great to be back at Cocoa Beach, and the accommodations couldn’t have been better! We highly recommend this property/condo.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
Ideal location with gorgeous view! Check in was easy, and communication was excellent. The condo was immaculate, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We loved the direct beach access (everyone returned home with the suntan to prove it!), and appreciated the beach supplies provided by the owner. The beds were super comfortable, and the area quiet at night. Our picky teenage girls put in a request to come back again - very high praise indeed.

The property was very clean upon arrival. This is my second time staying at sandcastles because I love it here! So close to the ocean, great pool and hot tub, and a great neighborhood. We had some unfortunate events while on our stay. Jennifer took care of the problem the best she could and was very kind and easy to talk to! I would stay again.

Great Condo in Cocoa Beach
Where do I start? This condo was just as pictured but even better in person. It was clean, spacious, and not one but two balconies with great views. The owner has a well stocked kitchen with all appliances if you choose to cook. There are extra linens and everything needed for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for the kids. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Jennifer for sharing this beautiful condo.

Beautiful, convenient & relaxing.
We vacation at Cocoa Beach often and this vacation was one of the best! Unit 700 is updated, beautifully decorated, and appointed with everything you need. Though not facing ocean front, the side view of the ocean did not disappoint. Attention to detail and beauty makes this unit special. It is even more beautiful than he pictures relay.
