The room had a very strong damp/mildew odor. We stayed for 3 nights and every night when we came to out room the key did not work.

I have never stayed in a hotel room before where I bought disinfectant supplies to clean the beds, bathroom and floors, and this will be the last time I stay in a hotel I feel I have to. Room floors made my kids socks black. If it the need to stay close for the cruise I would have left. Front staff was nice and addressed the dirtiness quickly but he came with a small spin mop that had murky water. After he finished the floor was still dirty I had to mop myself with my own purchased supplies. Won’t be staying again, but for any benefit I can provide, not one staff member I encountered directly was not polite.

When I checked in it was raining, water was all over the walkways and there was no arrangement for the water flow. Bathroom was plugged toilet was not working. No internet service for all night and even for next morning. The worst thing was that the local management was not even trying to fix these issues. Terrible experience. Not recommended for any one.

The hotel room was aged. The refrigerator made old and during the night it was loud. The people in the hotel were loud. The pool one night closed late like 930pm but another night was at 8pm.
