Even better in person!! I will be back
This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell this is a personal residence not just a rental shell. Doug was so communicative before and during the stay. The hot tub was last minute was not going to be working during our stay and Doug reached out and we came to an agreement but luckily he was able to have it fixed before our stay and I really appreciate the effort he put in to remedy the situation whether he was able to get it repaired in time or what he would do if he wasn’t able to get it done in time. The home was so well stocked, literally above and beyond— extra toilet paper, everything needed to cook with, sunscreen, tons of towels, games, ice chests, outdoor grills. And we arrived to fresh baked cookies on the counter!! We came as a bachelorette trip with group of 12 girls in our late 20s and we used every bit of the property. We had family style dinners, played lawn games and enjoyed sunsets from the hot tub. We are already talking about when we can come back! Thank you for everything, Doug. Your home is a gem!

Fantastic Weekend with Longtime Friends
The house fit our group of 14 perfectly and met all our needs. The traeger smoker was phenomenal to BBQ on. The sauna, steam bath, and hot tub were a great amenities. The house is close proximity to downtown Coeur d’Alene and the boat launch areas. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for lake getaway weekend / vacation.

Comfortable, relaxing and well-equipped home for a memorable family vacation
We stayed at the property while in town for a family wedding. We had a large group; 13 people in an extended family ranging from 2.5 to 75 years in our party. This home was perfect for everyone. It is spacious, inviting, and well-equipped. I didn't expect to have such a relaxing time but the house creates an atmosphere of luxurious retreat. We never felt on top of each other. The kids and adults had room to spread out and live comfortably. We used both the main house (Eagles Nest) and the "out house". A few notes: Communication with Doug and Nick was seamless. They were prompt, responsive and helpful. For example, we asked for a pack-n-play for our toddler and they provided one in a very friendly and helpful way. There are also very informative instructions in "one pagers" left in both houses. Read these carefully in order to work some of the more technologically-advanced amenities in the home. Speaking of amenities...wow! This house has top of the line appliances and small touches throughout that just make it a cut above your typical vacation home. Everything is at your finger tips. It really felt like luxury surrounded us. It was important that we felt we had the space to live comfortably. The house lived up to its promise. We loved the multiple outdoor living spaces. We played corn hole, had family dinners, sat in the jacuzzi, and just unwound after busy days in CDA. We loved it and hope to come back again. Highly recommend the property.
