Double glass doors lead into the open-plan apartment. The front living area is furnished with a sofa and dining table which seats 4 people. The modern, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom: The contemporary master bedroom is separated from the living area by large wardrobes. It is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. There are storage cupboards in the hallway next to the bathroom.

The stylish bathroom has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The resort of Cogoleto is known for its 3km of well-equipped beach. There are several different bathing areas, with restaurants, sun loungers, changing-rooms and some have swimming pools. However, it has much more to offer than the beach. The historic centre, with charming paved streets and small squares, is home to many excellent restaurants as well as the Casa di Cristoforo Colombo museum, which takes visitors back in time.

For visitors who want to explore more of the coast, there is a bicycle rental base just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. And, the Lungomare Europa hiking route which links Cogoleto and Varazze (5km to the west) is on the doorstep.

For self-catering Cogoleto’s weekly market (Thursday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within less than 5 minutes from the residence.

The closest airport is Genoa Airport, a 30-minute drive from the apartment.
