Property staff doesn’t answer the phone, The management are very unorganized and they don’t honor the rules they have posted regarding their property. I would recommend everyone rethink and book elsewhere like we did.

the surrounding area is not the safest… multiple police cars responding to the workers waiting at the home depot next door. hotel needs to be maintained better. the hallways smell. bathroom door hinges were coming off and door wouldn’t close. on a positive. the room seemed clean

Saying that the property is dirty is an understatement. The carpet is all stained, the sheets are stained. The room smell like cigarettes or weed depending on which room you get. The pictures must be old because the property hasn't looked that nice in a long time. There are numerous homeless people wandering through the parking lots at night. If you're considering staying here, don't.

The floors in the room and hallways were very dirty. You can tell the do not get vacuumed or mopped on a daily. The hotel and rooms were not that clean and our clothes smelt so bad from the smell of the rooms. The whole hotel and rooms smelt of mildew.

All the outside lights were off, including the Raddison sign. We had a difficult time locating the building. The front desk clerk took 30 minutes to do our simple registration, we were tired and just wanted to head to bed. At 1:15am a woman was knocking on our door and yelling, it took repeated efforts for me to get her to stop. The shower walls were dull with soap scum. The breakfast area was poorly stocked, there was not a tool to remove the waffle from the machine and one had to use the plastic eating forks. I would never stay at this hotel again.
