There were NO and I mean NO lights in the room. I had to sit in the bathroom to read my reports and also my book. How is it possible for a designer not to know that any businessperson needs to review their work product! My daughter had her wedding at the Crown Plaza in Melbourne Beach, Fl, 15 years age--we loved the place!! Sad to say I will never recommend your place to anyone in the future! This is a hotel I'd stay at often but lately the room experience has felt mediocre. I had to move to another room during my last visit because it had a funny odor, phone not working properly or the tv. My room wasnt as nice as it usually is for some reason.
