The hotel was nice enough, but there were a few issues. We were placed in a room in front of the hotel, lower down, where every single noise from outside was audible- despite our repeated calls. Didn’t quiet down until 1:30 am and we were too tired to switch. And then a wake up call went off at 5:22 which we did not ask for- they told us it was because ‘we had some large groups and we didn’t remove it’- not my problem. Our second night in a different room was better, but the damage had been done

The property and rooms are really quite good. Despite an hours long power outage in the vicinity of the property, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Stay in September 2024
We had a great time. Only a couple minor complaints. First, the room sort of smelled like cigarettes at first, but seemed to taper away pretty quick once the AC was on for a little bit. One of the bedside outlets also did not work, but not a big deal. There wasn’t much lighting in the room, so at night, even with all the lights on, it was still pretty dim. Besides that, it was great. The staff was friendly, and there’s a little store in the lobby with everything you could possibly need, at great prices. I would stay here again.

Expedia claims breakfast was included. Was charged $20 per guest for breakfast. No ice machine, needed to get ziploc bags of ice from lobby. Refrigerator falling out of cubby. Bathroom mirror falling off wall. Staff was friendly. Good, safe, location.

The property is literally falling apart. Room smelt of cigarettes' smoke (in both rooms we got). Everything is super old. Elevator button is cracked. Missing sink stopper... I have never seen a brand hotel in a worse shape.
