The hotel smelled like weed from the time we entered and through the hallways. There was a line at check in and only one employee. A second employee arrived when the line reached 6 guests waiting. The bathroom in the room was extremely slow and there were no usb plug in on the nightstands. No vending machines and the front desk only accepted electronic payment

Excellent Stay
A booked six rooms for a family gathering. Everyone was able to check in. The rooms were close to each other. We spend time down in the lobby gathering and catching up. The rooms were comfortable the rooms were clean. The staff were excellent that includes Leo and David. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area we would definitely stay there again. The beds are also comfortable. They were small but comfortable. There are no microwaves in the room but there were refrigerators.

I wouldn't be staying here again, here's why: - The room conditions are absolutely atrocious! The carpet had burn marks, the AC kept on loudly and randomly buzzing throughout the night, waking me up everytime. - The bathroom is very small, was very rusty and the tub had so much scum! - The gym pictures are FAKE! Machines from the 90s are newer than whatever they have going on in there. - The pool is never open, and I don't know if I would trust getting into that water considering the condition of the rooms. Tl,Dr; Absolutely terrible hotel, won't be staying here again!

The quality of the room was bordering on poor. The sink basin was cracked, wallpaper was peeling the bathroom, and there were dark spots on the grout of the bathroom tile that looked like mold. Also, the hotel did not offer discounted parking for the garage next door.

This is a former chain hotel now run as independent. It needs some renovation but it’s a great value. It’s conveniently located near the center and the service is very good. We had a large room with two double beds and even on a holiday weekend our room was cleaned every day.

We checked in and took our luggage up to our room. notice that the room had a strange smell, but we figured since its not a newer hotel it would happen, as I was walking into the bathroom there was a cockroach in the bathroom floor, we immediately gathered our luggage and went downstairs to the service guest and infirmed the receptionist about the incident. I was told that they would inform their manager, I had to ask to get a different room, only then the service desk agreed to move us to a different room

The property is dated, but serves its purpose. The rates are good when booking third party. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for walking, dining, and shopping. The hotel needs some love and care. My recommendations would be to update the window curtains in the rooms, update the couches in the suites, and apply some touch up paint to worn areas, such as exterior room doors.
