I discovered a bug in my bed while staying at the hotel. I promptly reported the issue to the front desk and the housekeeping manager was brought in to address it. Unfortunately, instead of providing a thorough cleaning or offering an alternative room the manager offered only complimentary parking and was presented as a “take it or leave it” option. This response not only failed to address the immediate concern but also left me feeling unsupported and uncomfortable. Due to the lack of adequate response, I made the decision to check out a day early and booked alternate accommodations at my own expense. In an attempt to escalate the issue, I obtained the contact information for the regional manager and left a detailed voicemail. Despite my outreach, I have not received any acknowledgment or response which further underscores the lack of support at various levels of management. Given the unsatisfactory experience and lack of response from staff I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room with two queen beds. I was placed in a NON-HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE room with one king and a pullout sofa bed. This made using the toilet difficult and, for safety reasons, did NOT take a shower during our 2-night stay. My fault for not requesting a change in room assignment. Too tired on arrival to attempt a chang.
